involving splinching (both with the wizard involved, and any Muggles who had the misfortune to see any body parts left behind!).
COMMITTEE ON EXPERIMENTAL CHARMS
Presumably, this group regulates new and untried charms and deals with the fallout from any charms
gone wrong.
