The Ministry's two main functions are to govern the wizarding world and to keep all knowledge of this world
from Muggles (except for the Prime Minister). A typical government institution, the Ministry employs hundreds of people
in dozens of different organizations.
To help visualize the layout of the Ministry, picture a multi-story office building completely buried undrground.
Courtroom ten and the Department of Mysteries would be in the sub-basement and basement of the building, the Atrium would
be the building's "ground floor" and all other Departments would be located above.

Level Five - Department of International Magical Co-operation
Level Six - Department of Magical Transportation
